Glen Spalling, Managing Director
Glen is the Managing Director of BPP Institute, bringing extensive operational experience across the education and financial services sectors. Combining strategic insight and operational expertise, he oversees operations, drives performance and efficiency, and ensures a strong, student focused service culture.
Timothy Costigan, Director of Admissions
Tim has been with BPP Institute since 2016, first as Discipline leader for the Management degree and now as Director of Admissions. With an extensive background in higher education, communications and leadership, his wide-ranging talents ensure the BPP Institute’s admissions process remains innovative and student focused.
Neema Dhayan, Director of Sales and Marketing
As Director of Sales and Marketing, Neema brings global experience and a strong passion for education. She has built a career dedicated to international student recruitment, helping learners achieve their goals of studying abroad, making an indelible mark on a global scale. Known for her empathy and ability to connect with students, she understands the challenges and aspirations of those looking to transform their futures. Empowering them to achieve just that.
Dr Quan Nguyen, Head of School (Business)
Dr Quan Nguyen leads the School of Business at BPP Institute. He holds a PhD and a Graduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching from Swinburne University of Technology, and is a member of the Academic Board of BPP Institute. Quan brings both academic rigour and practical insight into his role, ensuring that BPP Institute remains innovative as an active voice in the industry.
