About Tuition Protection Service
For students previously enrolled with CiC, BPP Institute, Tuition Protection Service (TSP), and ESOS Assurance Fund Manager, all are dedicated to assisting students during this transition period.
In the unlikely event that the BPP Institute is unable to deliver the course in full, there are a few options available to students:
Full refund
Students are eligible for a full refund of all the course money they have paid to date. The refunds will be paid to the student within 2 weeks of the day on which the course ceased being provided.Alternative course
Students may be offered enrolment in an alternative course by the Institute at no extra cost to the student. If a student chooses placement in another course, BPP Institute will ask them to sign a document to indicate that they accept the placement. Each student has the right to choose whether they would prefer a full refund of course fees or if they’d rather accept a place in another course. Here’s what the full process looks like:
BPP Institute Initially, BPP Institute will provide a refund or place the student in an alternative course.
Tuition Protection Service (TPS)If BPP Institute is unable to provide a refund or place the student in an alternative course, our
Tuition Protection Service (TPS) will place them in a suitable alternative course at no extra
cost.
ESOS Assurance Fund ManagerFinally, if TPS cannot place the student in a suitable alternative course, the ESOS Assurance Fund
Manager will attempt to place them in a suitable alternative course. If this is not possible, they
will be eligible for a refund as calculated by the Fund Manager
