Timetabling and Academic Calendar

Our academic calendars provide our undergraduate and postgraduate students with the important dates and guidelines needed to stay on track in their studies at BPP Institute. Use this resource to help plan your semester, select your units and meet all requirements in good time.

Timetabling

Timetabling is the process of assigning students to their units for each study period. It ensures that students are enrolled correctly, meeting course requirements, and progressing smoothly through their studies. Before you can access your unit materials in your learning environment (Moodle), you must be assigned (timetabled) to the respective units.

For help or questions regarding timetabling, contact Academic Services via email academic.services@cic.vic.edu.au

Commencing Students

If you’re joining as a new student, your unit timetabling will happen at Term Orientation, which takes place one week before the study period begins. If you can’t make it to Orientation, you’ll have access to a dedicated timetabling session in the week leading up to the study period start.

Continuing Students

If you’re already enrolled and continuing your studies, your timetable will be prepared before the next study period starts. You’ll select units based on what prerequisites you’ve completed and where you’re up to in your course progression.
