In the letter, you’ll find everything you need to know to accept your offer, complete your enrollment, and begin your studies without delay. Below are the key steps to follow so you can transition from offer to confirmed enrolment smoothly.Your safety is our priority. Next steps
Step 1: Review Your Letter of Offer
Take the time to read through your Letter of Offer carefully. It contains important documents, including the Written Agreement. This agreement outlines your offer of admission and all associated requirements. Make sure you understand all the details before moving forward.
Step 2: Accept by the Expiry Date
To accept your offer, you need to:

Complete and sign the Written Agreement included in your Letter of Offer.

Make the required payment (or provide evidence of payment) as specified.

Submit these to the Admissions or Payments team before the Offer Expiry Date.
Be sure to check the “Payment Mode” section in your Written Agreement to see the available options.
Step 3: Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) & Visa Process
Once you’ve accepted the offer and met all the stated conditions, we’ll issue your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).
If you're an international student, you’ll need the CoE, a valid passport, and any other documentation required by the Australian Department of Home Affairs to apply for your Student Visa.
