Suspension of Studies

Students wishing to suspend their studies must apply in writing and refer to the Fees, Charges and Refund Policy. An approved suspension of studies will only be granted for:

Compelling and compassionate circumstances, such as but not limited to
-
Illness of a direct family member
-
Illness of student
-
Death of a direct family member
-
Marriage of student
-

Evidence must be provided with all applications.
How to apply for a suspension of studies
To apply, complete the Enrolment Variation Request Form online. For assistance, contact Student Experience on email: student.experience@cic.vic.edu.au
The Enrolment Variation Request Form should be emailed to Admissions at admissions@cic.vic.edu.au
Students wanting to cancel their studies prior to completing six months of their course may be granted a release in accordance with the Transfer Between Registered Providers Policy and Procedure.
